Seems like it is becoming more and more likely that things seem to be happening, like a perfect storm, to allow for some real shifts in the way things are run. I have a couple examples listed below of some important reading:

You’ve just got to love that phrase “acceptable collateral damage”, and wonder how many other times it got used when the ends justified the means from the perspective of the people at the top of law enforcement.
